Hagan Tractor Parts Warranty
Our remanufactured components come with a 90-day warranty from the date of shipment. Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of any unit if failure is deemed to be our fault. If component failure is due to mistreatment, faulty installation, or tampering this VOIDS THE WARRANTY. Since the installation of these components are beyond the control of Hagan Tractor, liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the component only. Hagan Tractor will nob be liable for labor for removal or reinstallation of such components.
